Hello and welcome. My name is Tara Tonini. I am a lover of nature, movement, color and creativity. As a healer my journey began when I discovered yoga as a means of recovery from PTSD. Through a dedicated practice, yoga provided me a way to reduce stress and regain strength and clarity in my daily life.
I am a yoga and meditation teacher, Birth Doula, Master Reiki Healer. I approach each healing modality through a trauma-informed lens. I am a founding member of The Center For Yoga & Trauma Recovery and served for five years as Director of Curriculum and Mentoring for Exhale to Inhale.
Currently I am working towards a Masters Degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine. Each week I offer several classes and workshops online. In each offering I strive to build a community where people can connect and experience the healing arts of yoga, meditation and energy medicine.
