Reiki Healing & Sound Bath​

December 9th       7-9pm​

Join us for a rejuvenating mini healing retreat. Take the time and space to access deep levels of relaxation, Reiki energy healing and Sound Therapy. The combination of these practices lead to a state of receptivity in which all levels of the body can begin to open and heal.

 

We will begin with gentle stretches to warm the body and release unnecessary tension. Then, Tara will set you up with supporting props, guide you into a Reiki meditative state creating an environment for the mind and body to open and receive. Tara and her assistant will offer hands on Reiki healing. While resting, Alex will guide you through a sound bath meditation lead by voice and instruments including gong, singing bowls, tuning forks and magic.
