What is Reiki?
Reiki is a type of energy medicine. Originating from Japan, Reiki is now a living tradition because offers people a simple and safe way to connect to their mind, body, spirit and the universal energy source.
Even through grief, your life is still unfolding.
Grief doesn't need to be fixed. But rather felt, acknowledged and honored. It will always be a part of you. You can move forward and carry your loved ones with you. Your grief is a representation of your love, your connection. And that love and connection can still be a source strength, safety, belonging, confidence, courage, worthiness, peace, etc even after death.
You are more than a person in mourning. You are the keeper of memories, the telling of stories, the continuation of love, the legacy of your loved one.
