Have you ever experienced a panic attack?
I can’t remember a time in my life where I didn’t experience anxiety. I am so thankful that my personal yoga and meditation practice has helped soothe my previously debilitating anxiety.
Today’s yoga practice was crafted for Karen, one of my students who has been experiencing panic attacks at her corporate job. She asked me if there are any yoga poses she could do at her desk to soothe her anxiety and panic attacks without looking like a freak in the office.
I invite you to try this practice today, even if you have never experienced anxiety. This 3 minute practice includes seated side bends and spinal stretches that can be done in many office environments without causing a major ruckus.
