That Gut Feeling

Today’s blog is inspired by a new and very dear friend Megan, one of the strongest gals I know.


Constructive rest was taught to me by my teacher Jillian Pransky. The simplicity of this practice has been profound, challenging, and deeply healing.



This practice might provide you with the stillness needed to begin listening to that gut feeling. Infinite intuition is in all of us, all we need to do is find the stillness to listen.
