Reiki Training Retreat

Join us in a healing weekend & deep dive into the Reiki system of healing. You are welcome to attend, Level 1 and/or Level 2 trainings.

Reiki is a natural system of energy healing that is over 2,000 years old and based on Eastern techniques which encompass the Mind-Body-Spirit connection. Reiki is a healing technique often used for stress reduction and relaxation. Because Qi (life force energy) flows through every living thing, Reiki provides many ways to link and channel it’s gentle, yet profound healing benefits.

 

Reiki can be translated as Universal Life Energy. It is a balancing, intelligent, harmonizing energy that heals on all levels: The physical, emotional, mental & spiritual.

-Three nights of accommodation

-Daily morning yoga & meditation

Itinerary:

Thursday Nov. 7th- arrive

Friday Nov. 8th- Reiki level 1, or retreat day

Saturday Nov. 9th Reiki Level 2, or retreat day

Sunday Nov. 10th- departure

Reiki Level 1

In this Reiki Level 1 training you will learn:

• Reiki History

• Reiki Principles

• Hand placements for treating yourself and others

• The basics of healing work & how to work with clients

 

You will receive:

• Level One Reiki attunements (These attunements will be sealed in you for life)

• Level One Reiki training manual

• Hands on practice of giving and receive Reiki

 

This is a fantastic tool for anyone who is interested in, or is already involved in healing work. Once you receive the Reiki attunment, the Reiki will be forever flowing with and through you. It is a wonderful complimentary tool for anyone who is in contact with people: doctors, nurses, teachers, business executives, yoga instructors, social workers, birth doulas.

Reiki Level 2

Dive deeper into your study of Reiki learning Level 2 Reiki symbols and mantras. This level of practice is particularly effective in working with those wishing to break free of habitual patterns and addictive behaviors.

*Reiki Level 1 is a prerequisite.  

In this Reiki Level 2 training you will learn:

• Introduction to Reiki symbols & mantras

• Learn how to practice long distance healing

• Learn healing beyond time: working with the past, present and future

You will receive:

• Level 2 Reiki attunements (These attunements will be sealed in you for life)

• Receive Reiki level 2 symbols & mantras

• Level 2 Reiki training manual

• Practice of giving and receive Reiki​
