This retreat will leave you nourished mind, body and soul. Roatan is an English speaking lush tropical island with a rich history that provides the perfect escape. You can choose to simply rest and relax by practicing daily yoga and Reiki (an energy healing technique) by the beach or dive deep into adventure with opportunities to hike, kite surf, kayak, SUP, scuba dive, fish and more!
Join us in a healing week & deep dive into the Reiki system of healing.
You are welcome to attend, Level 1 and/or Level 2 trainings, or simply come for retreat.

Reiki Level 1
Reiki Level 1 training you will learn:
-Reiki History
-Reiki Principles
-Hand placements for treating yourself and others
-The basics of healing work & how to work with clients
You will receive:
-Level One Reiki attunements (These attunements will be sealed in you for life)
-Level One Reiki training manual
-Hands on practice of giving and receive Reiki
This is a fantastic tool for anyone who is interested in, or is already involved in healing work. Once you receive the Reiki attunment, the Reiki will be forever flowing with and through you. It is a wonderful complimentary tool for anyone who is in contact with people: doctors, nurses, teachers, business executives, yoga instructors, social workers, birth doulas.
Reiki Level 2
Dive deeper into your study of Reiki learning Level 2 Reiki symbols and mantras. This level of practice is particularly effective in working with those wishing to break free of habitual patterns and addictive behaviors.
*Reiki Level 1 is a prerequisite.
In this Reiki Level 2 training you will learn:
Introduction to Reiki symbols & mantras
Learn how to practice long distance healing
Learn healing beyond time: working with the past, present and future
You will receive:
Level 2 Reiki attunements (These attunements will be sealed in you for life)
Receive Reiki level 2 symbols & mantras
Level 2 Reiki training manual
Practice of giving and receive Reiki
COVID-19 INFO:
We are working to keep you safe and healthy while enjoying all this retreat has to offer.
The hotel we chose has plenty of open air spaces so ensure social distancing can be practiced included the open air dinning hall. The yoga deck is roofed, but open so yoga mats and personal practice space can be safely accommodated. Hotel rooms are spacious and have good ventilation.
We will be monitoring the COVID travel safety and guidelines from now until April to provide you with the best measures for traveling safely while minimizing infection risk. Any cancellation due to COVID will be fully refunded when presenting a Doctor’s note.

Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations made before Jan 1st will get a full refund. Those made after Jan 1st will not receive $300 deposit. After Apr 1st, all bookings will be fully charged.
Cancellations due to COVID-related reasons will have a full refund with a Doctor’s note.
