Service Description

An ideal session for anyone wanting to reset their mind and body. Each session is tailored just for you using a combination of breathing techniques, restorative yoga postures and reiki energy medicine. The goal is to improve circulation, nourish the nervous system and leave the mind and body feeling more supported, regulated and balanced.

Cancelation Policy

Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. All appointments missed or not canceled within this time frame will be charged in full. Cancellations made within the 24 hour period will receive a full refund minus transaction fees.
