Service Description

Kundalini is a form of divine feminine energy located at the base of the spine. Expect an energetic flow of movements linked by the breath, Daoyin "leading qi" sequences along with self acupressure to nourish the body followed by guided meditation to support a well balanced physical, mental and emotional state. Yoga mat, water and yoga props included!
