Service Description

*Eliminate anxiety and fear about labor and delivery. *Learn pain management techniques. *Prepare your birth partner to offer calm support and advocacy. 2 hour in-person workshop plus supplemental handouts, videos and resources. In-person workshop. Workshop investment includes birthing person + partner. *Most insurance companies cover childbirth education classes. This comprehensive workshop is designed to inform, educate, and empower expectant parents about labor, delivery, and early parenthood. It encompasses a range of topics, including prenatal care, stages of labor, pain management techniques, chestfeeding resources and postpartum care.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. All appointments missed or not canceled within this time frame will be charged in full. Cancellations made within the 24 hour period will receive a full refund minus transaction fees.
